This by far is the prettiest looking dessert I have created in class. Charlotte Royale is a gelatin set custard cake. Two main components of a Charlotte include the Vanilla Bavarian Cream and the sponge cake (it's the sponge cake roulade here in case of Charlotte Royale).Saturday, November 22, 2008
